Our XL-1000a ultrasonic cutting machine has three cutting knives, which can cut more cakes at a time. It can also cut
cakes of different heights, with the highest cutting height being 7.5cm, which means that the thickest cake can be cut
up to 7.5cm thick. Needless to say, it saves labor and improves efficiency. The cake will not stick to the cutting knife,

In order to protect the safety of workers and reduce work-related injuries, our ultrasonic cutting machine is also
equipped with a safety fence. This is an invisible infrared safety fence. When it senses a person approaching, the
machine will automatically stop to ensure the personal safety of the operator. Of course, if an emergency occurs,
we can also directly press the emergency stop button to stop the machine and protect the safety of the operator.
